As a result, our Grated Hard Cheese is not vegetarian because the traditional method for making Italian hard cheese does not follow a vegetarian recipe, and is unpasteurised.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep sealed when not in use and use within 1 month. Does not need to be kept in the fridge, even after opening.
